HOW TO HONE YOUR INTUITION

What is your definition of intuition? ⁠

For me (Angie) - It feels like a bell going off inside of my lower belly - it gives me shivers. My upper teeth go numb. This is a real body sign that there is intentional energy moving around, and I need to pay attention. It means there's something deeper going on beneath the surface. ⁠

Intuition is a guide to yourself. You'll notice it, especially at first, when something's not quite right. It could be a tightening of your stomach, a ringing in your ears, goosebumps, a feeling of unease, your toes might squeeze, etc... 


Pay attention to those around you when your body is alarming like this. ⁠

Once you begin to notice your body signs of intuition, you'll start to feel a shift in energy, too. You'll become more sensitive to what's really happening, not just the face value of conversations or eye glances. You'll start to "know" what's going on around people and even inside of them.⁠

Intuition is not only trying to warn you about negative energies, it's leading you toward clues for your highest good. It will let you know when someone's telling a deep truth (usually goosebumps for me) or when you should take that class, or join that group (my teeth go numb, and I feel warm sensations). ⁠
Notice your YES intuitions and your NO intuitions. When I am getting a yes, my body tends to lean forward. When I get a no, I feel a pull away or backward lean in my body.⁠

Pay attention. You are your best teacher and guide. Listen closer and you will become healthier & happier.⁠
